Refund policy

If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase, please return the products up to 30 days after receipt of your order.  We are unable to refund or exchange if your order has exceeded beyond 30 days.  Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging without any signs of wear or damage. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card) within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the funds have not been deposited.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often some internal processing time before a refund appears.

If you’ve completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Discounted products cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
