Refund policy
If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase, please return the products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. We are unable to refund or exchange if your order has exceeded beyond 30 days. Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging without any signs of wear or damage. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card) within a specified number of days.
Pre-Order / Made To Order / Customized Products
Please note that ALL customised products that are especially ordered, created or personalised for you are excluded from the general right of withdrawal.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Double-check your bank account to ensure the funds have not been deposited.

Contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Reach out to your bank, as there is often some internal processing time before a refund appears.
If you’ve completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Discounted products cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
