L’atelier Himalaya is an online shop based in Belgium.
Our first brand, Karuna Candles, offers hand-poured coconut wax candles and accessories.
All products are for personal use only and not intended for resale without written consent.

We strive to display products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, fragrance, or packaging may occur.
Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable Belgian VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other accepted methods shown at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email receipt.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only within Belgium.
Delivery rates are based on weight and chosen delivery method (home delivery, parcel locker, or pick-up point).
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
