Shipping details
We currently offer shipping in Belgium only. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify any applicable shipping restrictions prior to placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Each order is prepared within 48 hours and then handed over to our delivery partner for shipment to the address provided at the time of order confirmation. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Deliveries are carried out by an independent carrier to the address specified by the customer at checkout, provided the location is easily accessible.

Delivery Costs
Delivery fees over EURO 100 purchase are free of cost. For purchase less than EURO 100, there is a one-off charge of EURO 10.
Shipping Commitment
We are committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible following order confirmation. However, we are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by unforeseen events or force majeure during delivery.
In case of any delivery delay, you will be notified promptly. You may cancel your order in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
Delivery Difficulties
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please review all confirmation emails and communications to ensure address details are correct. Notify us immediately of any errors or omissions at: info@latelier-himalaya.com.
We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control, the carrier will inform you by email and suggest a new delivery date or time.
Upon delivery, customers must inspect the condition of the received products. Any issues (e.g., damaged or opened packages) must be reported in writing by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within three business days of delivery (excluding public holidays), along with relevant supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
If this procedure is not followed within the stated timeframe, the products will be considered accepted, free of visible defects, and no claims will be accepted.
If a product is proven to be defective or non-compliant, we will either refund or replace the item as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to the customer.
Receipt of Products
Delivery is considered complete once the carrier has handed over the product to you or a designated third party, as verified by the carrier’s tracking system. If the system indicates successful delivery, no disputes regarding delivery can be raised.
Upon receipt, you may confirm the condition of the products on the delivery note. If the items appear damaged, you must refuse delivery. If immediate inspection is not possible, please write “NOT VERIFIED” on the delivery note.
